Prior to joining infinitas, Damon spent 4 years spent reporting to Chairman of a $4bn global downstream aluminium producer with 3500 employees and 65 plants, directing operational turnaround – delivered ~$200M of EBITDA productivity over three year period
As founder of Lean Transformations, Damon built and led a team of over 30 consultants who supported a Lean Transformation which delivered over Aus $ 400 million
Deep experience leading engagements spanning all parts of the value stream; from upstream commercial, planning and procurement operations to manufacturing, logistics and distribution

Damon earned a B. Eng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and he holds the CPIM (APICS), as well as a McKinsey MBA. He has completed studies in Finance & Controlling at St Gallen Management Institute
Damon is married, with 3 children and enjoys car racing in his spare time.
